After a very successful 2015, the company has announced its move to a more spacious office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which is better situated for the brand’s growth and customer service. To celebrate the move, the company is releasing two new styles to all.
NEW YORK, NY - JANUARY 19, 2016
Nearly one year after the online pet styling company, Wagdrobe, launched in April 2015, popularity has grown to a point beyond expectations that the company recently moved to their new offices in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Wagdrobe's new office is situated in a typical Brooklyn warehouse-turned co-working space in a neighborhood known for its young artists as well as small and trendy businesses. Located near the Lorimer station by the L train, the neighborhood is known as an influential hub of contemporary lifestyle and the arts. The area is rapidly developing with a great number of new businesses and gentrifying with new residents moving to the neighborhood.
“With the new office space, we have doubled our inventory storage capacity, allowing us to accommodate further growth this year,” commented Amy Yu, CEO and Co-founder of the company. “We also hope the neighborhood itself would inspire us and help to create new ideas for the business.”
To celebrate the move, Wagdrobe is debuting two new styles that are fully infused with the New York City spirit. The two new styles to join the catalog are Barklyn Swag, an urban hip-hop freshy fresh style for the doggie with an attitude; and Uptown Chic, the timeless Audrey Hepburn-ish look, in memory of Wagdrobe's former Upper East Side home office and the neighborhood surrounding it.
President and Co-founder of Wagdrobe, Erica Feld, remarked, “Right now we are really excited to expand our styles by curating more pawesome accessories to include in our Wagdrobe boxes! Brace yourself to see more dogs in snapback hats or even carrying handbags!”
The ten styles that have helped build Wagdrobe's popularity continue to be available. However, expect more styles to emerge as the year 2016 continues. Ordering is simple – the shopper picks a style they like, they then describe their pet and finally place an order for a box of pet apparel and accessories that are affordable, cute and will fit their furry friend perfectly.
