Q: What is in each Wagdrobe? What is the difference between the two price choices?
A: Each Wagdrobe comes with a combination of pet apparel items and accessories. The difference between price choices is quantity not quality. The $25 Simply Stylish Box guarantees you one complete look with 1-2 pieces of apparel + fashion accessories, while the $50 Pawsome Value Box will guarantee two or more amazing complete looks with 3-4 pieces of apparel + fashion accessories.
Q: I selected my favorite style but my Wagdrobe doesn’t have the same pieces in the picture, why?
A: That’s because each style serves as inspiration for our pet stylists and each Wagdrobe is unique on its own. Our PAWfessional stylists put together the best looks based your pet’s specific breed, weight and color. Check out our Happy Waggers page or Instagram @Wagdrobe to see customer photos!
Q: Is Wagdrobe a monthly subscription service?
A: Nope! Order whenever you want and as many times as you like! There is no monthly commitment or fess.
Warning: Wagdrobe is highly addictive though.
Q: I have more than one pet, how do I go about ordering for multiple pets?
A: Each Wagdrobe is curated per individual pet so our stylists get to know the pet's name, breed, shape and color etc. Therefore, it is best to add separate Wagdrobes to cart. You can even pick different styles per pet!
Q: I really liked a particular item I received, can I buy the same item separately?
A: We offer our customers a different type of shopping experience and because each Wagdrobe is curated uniquely by our stylists, we do not carry bulk pieces of each item on hand for individual sale.
Q: How easy is return or exchange process? Can I return just one or two items within the box?
A: US customers: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your furry friend’s carefully curated new look, you may send back the entire Wagdrobe (unworn with tags still attached) for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving your fashion box. Please fill out the return form HERE. International customers must pay for return shipping.

Our customers are funky fashion risk-takers, otherwise they would be shopping at Petco for Fido & Zoe. Our stylists work very hard to send the best items possible to match your style preference, however, we are not pawfect and sometimes you might receive an item or two that does not match you or your pet's taste. We do not accept swap outs for these items, but we encourage you to contact us and let us know how we can improve upon your style for the next box!
Q: When will I be prompted to fill out unique info about my furry friend?
A: After selecting your style & price click “add to cart” you will then be prompted to fill out your pet’s unique info before checking out.
Q: How long will I have to wait to receive my Wagdrobe?
A: Standard domestic delivery usually takes 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding weekends and holidays.
